The People and Brand team manages people operations and marketing strategies at Fabamaq. As a Copywriter, you will play a vital role in creating engaging content for both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting the FBM Group's land-based operations, recruitment efforts, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. What you will do

Content Creation:
Produce engaging, original content for several casino-related brands in different formats, including short-form (e.g., social media posts, email marketing, landing pages) and long-form (e.g., blog posts, case studies, press releases). Adapt each piece to appeal to audiences in the tech industry and the physical casino world, ensuring content is impactful, aligned with the brand, and captures the essence of each campaign.

B2B Focused Copy:
Craft engaging content aimed at casino operators and their players within the gaming sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of B2B, B2C communications, and SaaS offerings.

Creative Copywriting:
Produce original, persuasive, and engaging copy that captivates, informs, and motivates audiences. Maintain consistency with the unique voices and guidelines of multiple brands, delivering copy that is creative, brand-focused, and engaging across all platforms.

What we expect from you

  • At least 3 years of copywriting experience, preferably within the casino or technology sectors.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to various brand voices is highly valued.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, along with advanced skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese-Brazilian and/or Spanish is a plus for effectively localizing content for different markets while maintaining a strong connection with each target audience.

  • Proven experience in both short-form and long-form content is essential (a portfolio is a plus). Ability to switch smoothly between formats to create messaging suitable for various channels, from social media to technical reports, while maintaining a strong brand voice.

  • Ai-Proficiency: use AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, , Grammarly, etc.) for content ideation, copy optimization, content analysis, and workflow automation.

  • SEO knowledge with experience applying principles and practices that enhance content visibility and engagement. Utilize keyword research and SEO tools to optimize both short-form and long-form copy, ensuring it reaches and resonates with targeted audiences in the gaming industry.

  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of emerging trends in the tech, gaming, and casino sectors, from new gaming software to evolving digital marketing techniques. A strong interest in technology, with the ability to incorporate this expertise into content for greater relevance and authority.
