The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance business workflows.
Responsabilities:
- Create and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Manage the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Work with IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM knowledge.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail.
