At Inetum, we create space for innovation and growth. We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. Your Mission

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Guide development teams in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure architectural consistency across projects.
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and good level of French.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly valued.

Job Location and Residency Requirements:

  • This position is based in Portugal.
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
