Siemens is operating a global instance for Workday HCM in more than 50 countries and aims to roll out Workday worldwide based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is supporting the operations across different Workstreams. In your role as Integration Expert you ensure that our various global and local integration operations are running smoothly and new concepts to integrate apps into our landscape are designed and implemented successfully.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build and support integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio.

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.

• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions and if needed recommend alternatives.

• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.

• Develop, test, document and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.

• Track issues and risks, communicate status, concerns and recommendations.

Your qualifications and experience:

• University degree in an IT-related area.

• At least 3 years of experience in solution design of interfaces.

• Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of WD Data structures and Object-Oriented concepts.

• Reporting experiences and understanding of complex calculated field structures is key.

• Experience with Workday Studio integrations is given.

• Knowledge of XML Schema, XSLT, JSON query and transformation language (JSLT) is highly desirable.

• A plus: Knowledge about Workday Extend.
