At Access Healthcare, we're seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate financial reporting, helping our international operations run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Collections & Client Relations

  • Manage invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to secure timely payments.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements when needed and escalate issues according to protocol.
  • Keep detailed records of all collection activities and client interactions.

Accounts Receivable Operations

  • Process incoming payments accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare statements, aging reports, and support month-end closing tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or account balances.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance role.
  • Secondary education required; accounting or finance qualification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
