About The Role
Cloudflare is seeking an International Tax Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities with a focus on international taxation. You will report to the Director of International Tax and work with other members of the tax and finance teams, collaborating with cross-functional business partners from time-to-time

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review the international portions of the US federal tax returns
• Prepare BEAT, GILTI, FDII and other key international provisions
• Assist with the quarterly and annual international tax provision and forecast
• Assist with quarterly and annual transfer pricing documents and calculations
• Prepare foreign statutory tax returns and financial statements
• Assist in special projects including but not limited to: M&A, permanent establishment risk, audit defense
• Research and document conclusions for international tax transactions
• Assist with internal process documentation and automation

Required

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company
• Proficient technology skills including excel and AI
• Basic understanding of and experience with US and foreign tax returns, transfer pricing and tax provisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers.

Preferred

• Masters in Tax or Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Both public accounting and technology industry experience
• Experience with Oracle, Alteryx and AI
