Analista de Redes
para integrar um projeto em Lisboa, em modelo híbrido.

Perfil:

  • Mínimo de
    2 anos de experiência na área
    , com formação em Engenharia Informática ou similar;
  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou área equivalente (fator eliminatório);
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de Power BI;
  • Profundo conhecimento das especificações, funcionamento e requisitos técnicos dos sistemas xTM, bem como do negócio da DGR;
  • Capacidade para avaliar a precisão e relevância da informação, identificando tendências, padrões e anomalias;
  • Utilização avançada das ferramentas de gestão e análise de dados, nomeadamente Excel, Access e Power BI;
  • Proatividade na identificação de soluções, resolução de problemas e alcance de objetivos sem necessidade de supervisão direta,
  • Excelente domínio da língua inglesa, oral e escrito.

Tarefas:

  • Monitorizar e acompanhar a performance das operações, garantindo a qualidade do serviço prestado de forma end-to-end;
  • Identificar equipamentos xPOS que não cumpram os requisitos mínimos de rede, assegurando o seu correto funcionamento;
  • Acompanhar o estado do hardware dos componentes e terminais, detectando falhas ou necessidades de atualização para garantir a operacionalidade dos sistemas;
  • Gerir e otimizar a rede xPOS, garantindo a máxima resiliência e disponibilidade;
  • Apoiar a análise das funcionalidades críticas dos sistemas de suporte à operação, contribuindo com insights para reforçar a escalabilidade e flexibilidade das soluções;
  • Identificar, propor e acompanhar evoluções (EVs) em articulação com as equipas de desenvolvimento;
  • Participar em contatos e reuniões com comerciantes, assegurando a cobertura de rede, qualidade de serviço (QoS) e resolução de bloqueios;
