NRTH is building the infrastructure behind modern business cash flow.

We help businesses stop chasing invoices and start collecting automatically.

This role is not sales.

It's about relationships, trust, and helping shape the product with the people who use it.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely good with people. Someone calm, sharp, and confident on calls. Someone who can speak to founders, finance teams, and partners without sounding scripted or pushy.

You'll be one of the first commercial hires at NRTH and you'll work closely with the founder. Your job is to build real relationships, bring the right clients onto the platform, and feed insight straight back into the product.

What you'll be doing


• Speaking with founders, finance teams, and partners exploring NRTH


• Building long term relationships, not closing one off deals


• Helping onboard early customers and guiding them through setup


• Gathering feedback and shaping how the product evolves


• Working closely with product, compliance, and ops


• Representing NRTH in a way that feels human, calm, and trustworthy

What this role is not


• Not a call centre


• Not aggressive selling


• Not reading scripts


• Not pushing people into something that doesn't fit
