We are looking for a
Product Development Intern
to join our team and support various stages of the product creation, improvement, and management process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to deepen their knowledge in product development, trend research, market analysis, and operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and improvement of both new and existing products;
- Assist in researching market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior;
- Contribute to the preparation of briefings, technical sheets, and other product-related documentation;
- Follow up on product tests, samples, and internal validations;
- Support the analysis of performance indicators (e.g., sales, feedback, returns);
- Help manage schedules and stages within the product development pipeline;
- Assist in the creation and documentation of product information (descriptions, technical specifications, etc.);
- Collaborate on the development of commercial descriptions and content for online channels (e-commerce, catalogs, launches);
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the product database;
- Support the organization and management of product samples;
- Assist in organizing logistical information related to products;
- Help prepare and sort products for meetings, photoshoots, and events.
Desired Profile:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Interest in innovation, trends, and consumer behavior;
- Good organizational and task management skills;
- Team spirit and proactivity;
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Elegibility for IEFP internship;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design;
- Preferred: knowledge of graphic design, product management, or e-commerce tools.
