People Associate

HiJiffy is looking for a People Associate that will help our People team attract more talent and help our team thrive by providing an exceptional team experience.

If you have outstanding interpersonal skills and are looking to grow in your career in Recruitment and People management this position might be what you're looking for

About the role

- Your main responsibilities will be around talent acquisition; 

- You will be involved in the recruitment process; 

- You will coordinate the onboarding of new employees;  

- You will manage general HR records and address team queries; 

- Ultimately, you will help implement the People team's initiatives and processes to provide an outstanding people experience to our team and candidates 

Key requirements:

- Degree in Psychology or Business Administration; 

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; 

- Fluent in English (Fluent in Portuguese is a huge plus) 

- You work well in a team and value collaboration; 

- You're reliable, self-motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality work; 

- You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset 

- You're self-motivated and have strong organisational skills; 

- You're comfortable working in a remote-first organisation;
