We are looking for an
IT Controls Officer

Responsabilities:

Design controls:

  • Design process to perform operational IT controls regarding specific IT/Cyber topics (IAM, data security…)
  • Design process to perform specific controls following regulators (e.g.: Italian, Swiss) requirements
  • Ensure the validation of designed controls by the relevant management
  • Share designed controls to the control owners (Group Controls Plan analyst) and support them if needed
  • Follow the implementation and the execution of controls within entities of the Group

Controls management:

  • Analyze, classify and consolidate IT controls within entities of the Group.
  • Participate to the annual review of controls.
  • Collect incidents regarding controls execution
  • Follow the control roadmap on each IT theme across all entities
  • Follow internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory (Italian & Swiss) requirements
  • Prepare response, with relevant stakeholders, for requests from regulators, internal and external audit and LOD2.

Controls reporting

  • Gather feedbacks from controls owner
  • Share the entities non-compliance control level.
  • Follow remediation action plans
  • Perform a regular reporting to the top management

Requirements
:

  • Control (Ability to verify operations, ensure that the procedures are being followed…).
  • Risk monitoring (knowledge in risk management: ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation) and Risk analysis (ability to anticipate/analyze threats and create risk scenario).
  • Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework) and Compliance knowledge (global knowledge of compliance, its major processes or regulatory framework)".
  • IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions) and Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements).
  • Internal audit knowledge (knowledge of the audit process and methodology).
  • Professional Ethics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, able to have the right synthesis and all possible details at same time
  • Team spirit.
  • Client Focus.
  • Adaptability skills.
  • Good level of english.
