Job Description

Work in the center of Porto, in France, in modern and comfortable installations. The site is easily accessible by all public transport (a metro station is just outside the city).

To attract the best French-speaking talent, we offer the following conditions:

- Salary: 1,400 gross monthly (based on 12 months), which comprises:
- A basic salary of 930 gross over 14 months
- Guaranteed bonus of 100 gross or more for the first 3 months depending on objectives met
- Meal allowance of 9/day (net, on a meal card)
- Reimbursement of up to 40 for public transport (upon presentation of a monthly subscription)

Your Mission:

- Receive incoming calls from clients
- Welcome and advise clients
- Propose personalized solutions for each call
- Embrace the company culture and share it with colleagues daily

No prior experience in customer service is necessary. Specialized and paid training from day one is provided to all new hires, who are also supported until they become autonomous to ensure high service quality standards.

If you:

- Are fluent in French (native/bilingual)
- Are proficient with computer tools
- Have excellent communication and argumentation skills
- Are proactive, dynamic, diligent, and responsible

Certification:

Certified as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK in 2024 (for the second consecutive year)
