Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and phone
Ensure timely and effective problem resolution
Assist with company projects according to skills and interest
Work collaboratively to improve service quality
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
