Como será o teu dia a dia na Glintt Next?

  • Desenhar, desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados escaláveis, fiáveis e performantes, em batch e real-time.
  • Contribuir para a definição e evolução de arquiteturas de dados (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Lambda/Kappa, entre outras).
  • Garantir qualidade, consistência, segurança e governança dos dados ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida.
  • Implementar e evoluir modelos de Data Warehousing adequados a diferentes casos de uso analíticos.
  • Atuar como referência técnica, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia de dados.
  • Apoiar outros elementos da equipa através de mentoria, code reviews e partilha de conhecimento.
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima com equipas funcionais e stakeholders, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas eficazes.
  • Promover práticas modernas de desenvolvimento (CI/CD, automação, documentação).
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da performance, fiabilidade e escalabilidade das plataformas de dados.

O que achamos que precisas de ter?

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas similares.
  • Experiência superior a 8 ano em Data Engineering.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de Data Warehousing (modelação dimensional, camadas analíticas, otimização de queries).
  • Forte domínio de SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
  • Experiência em ETL / ELT, batch e processamento near-real-time / real-time.
  • Experiência com diferentes arquiteturas de dados e plataformas de Big Data e/ou Cloud (ex.: Azure, Databricks, Hadoop).
  • Capacidade de analisar problemas complexos e desenhar soluções robustas e escaláveis.
  • Perfil colaborativo, com gosto por mentorar e elevar a qualidade técnica da equipa.
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, rigor técnico e foco na qualidade.
