About The Role
As a
Digital Marketing Specialist
, you'll support advertisers in building, optimizing, and scaling their online campaigns. You'll act as a trusted consultant, helping clients maximize performance, adopt new solutions, and reach their business goals through paid media.
Main Responsibilities
- Support advertisers with their paid ads campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Analyze account performance and suggest improvements to boost ROI.
- Provide strategic guidance to help clients expand their online presence.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Maintain strong relationships through professional, proactive communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Paid Ads
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (fixed shifts)
