As a T&I Initiative Leader, you will lead strategic initiatives that foster a culture of innovation through events like Tech Talks, Innovation Breaks, and professional communities. You'll be a catalyst for ideation, a facilitator of knowledge sharing, and a steward of innovation assets that help turn ideas into impact.

YOUR MISSION

The T&I Initiative Leader is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives that promote innovation and knowledge exchange across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences, support ideation processes, and ensure innovation assets are well-managed and up to date.

YOUR ROLE

Tech Talks & Innovation Breaks: Plan, promote, and facilitate sessions that showcase assets, emerging technologies, innovative projects and best practices.
Professional Communities: Support and energize local professional communities encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among experts.
Ideation Support: Facilitate idea generation sessions using methodologies such as design thinking and structured brainstorming.
Support Asset Management: Ensure assets information is regularly updated, organized, and accessible to teams.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Degree or relevant experience in Communication, Innovation Management, Design, Marketing or related fields.
Facilitation & Leadership: Experience leading workshops, talks, or collaborative sessions.
Project & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail.
Innovation & Tech Awareness: Interest in emerging trends and innovation processes.
Storytelling & Communication: Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible messages.
