Grafton is part of Gi Group Holding, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of specialized profiles in the Engineering & Industry, Finance HR, Banking & Insurance, and Sales & Marketing segments.
In partnership with our client, we are recruiting
International Sales & Business Development Manager
to join their team in Guimarães, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Actively manage key accounts, thoroughly understand customer needs, and travel internationally to maintain and strengthen vital relationships.
- Sales Growth: Proactively drive sales and business development to expand existing accounts and successfully enter new markets.
- Product Management: Be deeply involved in product innovation, preparing detailed proposals, managing budgets, and defining successful market positioning strategies.
Requirements
- Academic degree is required, with a preference for a degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales & Product Innovation, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
- Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in French or Spanish is a significant advantage.
