Residential Services Manager Job Description

The Residential Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the general maintenance and upkeep of private homes and common shared spaces. This includes property management, housekeeping, and member relations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the residential services team including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Create policies and procedures that reflect high standards of operation and member service.
  • Provide exceptional communication with members/guests/and team members at all times.
