Arabic Speaker (Digital Marketing / Paid Campaign Management) — Lisbon (On-site)

Position: Arabic Speaking Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Campaigns + Customer Support)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Rotative shifts (details below)

About the Role

We're looking for an Arabic-speaking professional with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and supporting advertisers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll help clients optimize their digital advertising performance, troubleshoot campaign issues, and provide best-practice recommendations across social media and digital ad products.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and support paid advertising campaigns, ensuring performance, pacing, and correct setup.

  • Provide consultative guidance to advertisers on campaign strategy, optimization, and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot campaign-related issues (e.g., ad delivery, billing, policy, performance fluctuations) and escalate when needed.

  • Guide customers on platform/product usage and help them understand digital advertising basics.

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional and empathetic communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams while being able to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory).

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Experience in a Contact Centre / service program for an Advertising Tech company (or similar digital advertising environment).

  • Confident user of social media products with a basic understanding of digital advertising.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work well in a team and also independently.

Language Skills

  • Fluent Arabic (C2 / native level)

  • Good English (B2+) to navigate tools, documentation, and internal communication.

Work Schedule

  • 24/7 operation — Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)

Days off:

  • 2 rotative days off
