Job Description

We are hiring a Product Solution Manager as part of the Dragonboat Customer team to accelerate product value and business outcomes for our customers. The Product Solution Manager will enable customers to optimize their product and portfolio operating workflows by maximizing Dragonboat modular capabilities across multiple use cases. 

This is a customer facing role where you lend your knowledge and expertise to guide them to success. You will work closely with the product, sales, and other revenue teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transition customers from pre-sales to post-sales while maximizing customer satisfaction and long-term success

  • Successfully onboard customers and maximize product adoption to accelerate business outcomes through the lifecycle

  • Act as a project and product solution manager for mid-market and enterprise customers. 

  • Partner with customers in building rapid and incremental product activation and adoption roadmaps based on their readiness and product operating model maturity. 

  • Deliver value focused product training and education to help customers set up, configure and use Dragonboat products across their product operating model. Partner with Customer Success to deliver impactful product demos and drive upsells.

  • Effectively educate our customers on best practices around product operations, strategic product portfolio management and change management to speed up adoption and customer time to value. This may be done per customer or in webinar, community format.

  • Understand and communicate the "why" to audiences ranging from Product Managers to Executives.

  • Collaborate with the product, support and engineering teams and act as the customer advocate to achieve product implementation objectives and prioritize feature enhancements

  • Drive continuous process improvement for efficiency, scalability  and quality of product onboarding, adoption and general product operating process.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, program management or similar areas 

  • Change management experience e.g. changing operating models, lead process changes or introducing broad impact tools, is strongly preferred 

  • Strong experience in Product portfolio management and product ops

  • Strong experience in agile product program management, PDLC

  • Client management/ consulting/ customer facing experience

  • Proficient knowledge of common task tools, e.g. Jira, Azure Dev ops 

  • Effective communication and presentation skills at both exec level and team level

  • Excellent time management and being able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Outcome focused approach in planning/ prioritizing work

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Team player, curious learner, proactive
