Role Overview:
As a
Customer Advisor
, you'll be the main contact for users, assisting them through multiple channels such as email, chat, and social platforms. From account and billing questions to technical support, your mission is to keep the customer journey smooth and high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, solution-oriented support across several channels
- Help with account setup, password resets, billing questions, and identity verification
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with accuracy and clear updates
- Ensure every customer receives a consistent, respectful, and supportive experience
- Document cases correctly while following internal processes and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and support quality
- Share feedback and ideas to strengthen customer experience and service delivery
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
