About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
HR & EHS Manager
to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This role leads the Human Resources and Environment, Health & Safety functions, ensuring our people, processes, and work environments support sustainable growth, well‑being, and operational excellence.

You will drive strategic initiatives across talent, culture, transformation, compliance, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership

• Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise leadership on talent, culture, and organizational development.
• Manage HR KPIs, reporting, and budget.
• Oversee HR policies, communication, and employee relations.

Talent & Organizational Development

• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Oversee training strategy, onboarding, leadership development, and skills programs.
• Manage training budget and external partners.

Compensation, Benefits & Employee Experience

• Maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Implement well‑being and engagement initiatives aligned with our EVP.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Lead workforce planning and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Labor Relations & Culture

• Support internal communication, conflict resolution, and organizational climate actions.
• Represent the company in union interactions and support employees on HR matters.

Legal Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Advise on legal, disciplinary, and ethics-related matters in Portugal and Poland.

Environment, Health & Safety Leadership

• Define and implement EHS strategy across operations.
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and preventive programs.
• Promote a strong culture of occupational health and safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in industrial or multinational environments.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese and EU labor law.
• Proficiency in HR ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Fluency in English (B2+); additional languages are a plus.

Working Conditions

• International travel approx. 4 times per year.
• Flexible schedule; partial remote work (1 day/week).
