We are currently looking for a
Test Automation Engineer
to join our team of passionate professionals and work in modern, dynamic environments focused on software quality, automation, and continuous delivery.
Your role
As part of our team, you will contribute to the quality, reliability, and stability of complex software platforms. You will work closely with development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions that support continuous integration and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for complex software platforms
- Perform automated testing for REST APIs and backend services
- Apply strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle
- Work with automation frameworks and languages such as Java with REST Assured, Python with PyTest, Robot Framework, Playwright, or Cypress
- Validate data using SQL and work with databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation practices
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong experience in automation for complex software platforms
- Solid experience with REST API testing and backend validation
- Strong SQL skills and experience validating data in Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (REST Assured, PyTest, Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress)
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese fluency or native proficiency is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
