We have 5 lines of business that can be provided on an individual, supplementary, or global basis, which are Operations, Technology, Risk Management, Distribution and Digital Health.

We are currently reinforcing the Business Unit Solution Delivery, IT unit, and we are looking for a
Junior Data Analyst
(m/f) to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reports and/or dashboards, using tools like Power BI & Jasper Server, and using principles of data visualization, data exploration and data query;
  • Build and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and decision-making;
  • Work closely with data analytics PO and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights;
  • Interact closely with data architecture in data strategy or reporting architecture definition.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing complex queries) and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses concepts
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably, Power BI
  • Knowledge of Jasper Server is a plus
  • Supports decision-making proactively, not just through ad-hoc analysis
  • Good analytical/critical skills and likes to build solutions in the right way and not just something that works
  • Excelent organization skills
  • Team spirit, initiative and good communication skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Guidance for achieving objectives
  • Being customer-focused
  • Fluency in English
