About the Role

We're strengthening our internal capability in this area to serve our partners better.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service (including Asset Management) and experience with Project Operations. This role involves ensuring that technical solutions are properly designed, compliant with Microsoft best practices, and seamlessly integrated through Microsoft Azure. The position requires close collaboration with both implementation partners and Microsoft, acting as a technical authority and quality gate for all deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate the deliverables from the implementation partner, ensuring alignment with project requirements and Microsoft standards;
  • Perform code reviews to assess quality, maintainability, and adherence to platform best practices;
  • Evaluate the compliance of implemented solutions against Microsoft Dynamics 365 standards and architectural guidelines;
  • Lead and participate in technical meetings with Microsoft and other key stakeholders;
  • Maintain and manage the technical communication channel with Microsoft for issue resolution and design clarification;
  • Support and guide teams in implementing integrations using Microsoft Azure services;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring scalability and performance of delivered solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, preferably in enterprise-scale projects;
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, including Asset Management modules;
  • Experience with Project Operations (plus);
  • Proven experience in system integrations leveraging Microsoft Azure services;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft implementation best practices for Dynamics 365 projects;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and good Spanish comprehension;
  • Previous experience in energy sector projects is a strong plus.
