Responsibilities

  • Support the digital marketing team in executing online campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Participate in developing consumer activation strategies to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying potential influencers, coordinating collaborations, and tracking results.
  • Assist in planning and executing mass media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Help coordinate the tactical plan of assigned brands, including communication strategies and channel activation in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of internal events and congresses.
  • Assist in budget tracking, purchase order management, and follow-up on contracts and agency coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields (current student or recent graduate).

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese are a must have).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in internships or projects related to digital marketing will be a plus.
