For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 


At least 5 years of professional experience working with the Scrum framework and Agile principlesProven experience in product backlog management and backlog refinement techniquesAbility to help teams create clear, concise, and value-driven Product Backlog Items (PBIs)Strong understanding of empirical product development and product planningExperience supporting and coaching the Product Owner to maximize product value through effective backlog managementProven experience facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and RetrospectiveExperience coaching teams in non-mature Agile/Scrum environmentsDemonstrated ability to ensure well-facilitated Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement actionsFluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level)Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
