HOM – High On Movement – is redefining what Reformer training looks like.

We combine the precision of Pilates with the intensity of strength training, creating next-level group classes designed for results, rhythm and flow.

We're now looking for experienced instructors already living in Portugal (Lisbon / Cascais area) to join our founding team ahead of our Studio opening in Estoril.

What we're looking for:

  • Background in Reformer, Pilates, or Functional Strength Training
  • Strong group-class experience (ideally dynamic, high-energy formats)
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese not required)
  • Energy, precision and presence in group settings
  • A passion for helping clients move and feel their best
