Your mission will be…

As an IT Service Manager Trainee, you will take on a pivotal role, providing support in:

  • Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.
  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and implementing strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Academic background in IT or related fields is preferred, though this is not mandatory;
  • Adaptability – Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes;
  • Drive and problem-solving mindset – A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues;
  • Positive and collaborative attitude – Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success;
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) – Ability to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and end-users;
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services – Knowledge of networks, cloud services, or enterprise applications is advantageous;
  • Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools – Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams);
  • Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in documentation and process execution;
  • Customer-focused mindset – Understanding the importance of service quality and user satisfaction;
  • Eagerness to grow – Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in IT Service Management;
  • Team player – Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
