Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon for a Customer Relations Specialist. The Customer Relations Specialist will handle customer support inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. They will actively manage customer retention strategies, listen to client feedback, and proactively identify ways to enhance the customer experience. Building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams will be integral to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven experience with Customer Retention and relationship management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to empathize, actively listen, and resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a technology or digital solutions company, is preferred
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Compensation for this role is €1,300 per month.
