Marketing Specialist
in Portugal.

The role focuses on boosting brand visibility and supporting local commercial and retail initiatives across communication, media, PR, events, and activations. You'll implement the annual marketing plan from the Iberia team, adapting it to the local market, coordinating campaigns, product launches, events, and retail marketing, while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Public Relations:
    Build and manage relationships with local media, influencers, photographers, and creative communities. Implement PR initiatives defined by the Iberia team, including drafting/adapting press releases and coordinating interviews. Support local collaborations with artists, cultural institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Events & Activations:
    Organise and coordinate local events such as launches, exhibitions, workshops, and experiences. Support retail locations in implementing marketing activities and promotions. Oversee logistics and manage local suppliers (agencies, printers, production, etc.).
  • Digital & Social Media:
    Implement the digital strategy defined by the Iberia team across local channels. Manage the Portuguese social media community, maintain consistent brand tone, monitor campaign performance, and report results to the regional team.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    Maintain communication with the Iberia Marketing Manager and international teams. Manage the local marketing budget, track expenses, and prepare periodic activity and performance reports.

What You Bring

  • Education:
    Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising
  • Experience:
    Solid experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally in premium, luxury, or technology brands, with proven experience in implementing campaigns and managing internal and co-branding events, and media management.
  • Skills:
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills for working with international teams, and a proactive, solution-oriented, execution-focused mindset.
  • Languages:
    Native Portuguese, fluent English (mandatory), and Spanish is a plus.
