What The Job Looks Like
The IT Business Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and testing IT solutions that meet business needs. Collaborates with business partners, IT architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with Grünenthal's IT strategy and standards. Provides functional support and guidance to end users and IT colleagues on IT systems and processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand, validate, and document requirements
- Analyze and document current business processes and identify gaps
- Design and propose improved processes and solutions
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders for feedback
- Review and coordinate functional testing of IT solutions
- Provide feedback and guidance to IT development teams
- Act as project manager/lead for process improvement initiatives
- Support BP in workshops for process design
- Provide functional support and training to IT colleagues
- Manage and resolve IT system issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of IT solutions
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
- At least three years of experience as IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Proven track record of delivering IT solutions meeting business needs
- Experience with various IT technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Certification in agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) is a plus
