Project Management Trainee

About the Job

Participate in transversal and impactful territory-wide projects, providing support to the Territory Chief Operating Officer (COO), Territory Chief of Staff and other senior managers.

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate in the planning, executing, and follow-up phases of projects for the Territory's senior management
• Support in department and territory events organization
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support ongoing projects
• Prepare, conceptualize, execute and take ownership of internal communications such as internal newsletters, all staff emails, appointments and announcements

• Coordinate with providers, partners, sponsors and other stakeholders to negotiate, share information and strengthen relationship

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and attain knowledge in Project Management tools

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, and/or related areas
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform make decisions and proactive and problem-solving mindset
