Product Trainer
to join a
premium automotive brand

Job Description

  • Preparing all training materials, logistics, and equipment required for each session.
  • Developing and delivering high‑quality training sessions to
    Sales and Aftersales teams
    , both in person and online, aligned with the brand's standards and objectives and KPIs.
  • The role also involves adapting customer brand–provided materials into effective training content.

Working pattern

  • Full-time, on-site job (Lisbon). From Monday to Friday.
  • Type of contract: Tempo incerto.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    or equivalent professional experience and strong understanding of the
    automotive industry
    , including trends, technologies, and new developments.
  • Native
    Portuguese
    speaker with business-level
    English
    (Spanish is a plus)
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience as a trainer/coach
  • Experience in
    automotive sales
    and dealership processes
  • Proven background in
    sales training
    , product argumentation, and KPI-driven performance management
  • Skilled in training tools and media (MS Office, flipcharts, training materials)
