Descrição da Função:

Estamos à procura de um(a)
Financial Controller
para integrar a nossa equipa. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a integridade e fiabilidade da informação financeira, assegurando o cumprimento das normas contabilísticas e fiscais, bem como a implementação de controlos internos eficazes. Atuará como parceiro estratégico da gestão, fornecendo análises financeiras e suporte à tomada de decisão, com foco na otimização de processos e sustentabilidade do negócio.

Responsabilidades:

· Coordenar o fecho mensal e anual de contas, garantindo conformidade com o SNC

· Elaborar demonstrações financeiras, relatórios de gestão e análises de performance

· Monitorizar orçamentos, previsões e cash-flow

· Implementar políticas e procedimentos de controlo interno

· Apoiar auditorias internas e externas

· Garantir cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e legais

· Participar na definição de estratégias financeiras e melhoria contínua

Requisitos:

· Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia ou similar

· Experiência mínima de 5 anos em controlo financeiro (preferência setor hoteleiro/turístico)

· Conhecimentos sólidos de SNC e fiscalidade portuguesa; IFRS valorizado

· Domínio avançado de Excel e experiência com ERP financeiro

· Capacidade analítica, rigor e orientação para resultados

· Rigor e sentido de responsabilidade

· Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e discrição

· Adaptabilidade e resiliência
