Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder at NLGest Solutions, located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of the company, managing daily operations, and ensuring the growth and sustainability of the business. The Founder will lead and inspire a team, build partnerships, and engage with stakeholders to drive business objectives. Additionally, the Founder will be involved in fundraising and financial management.

Qualifications

  • Visionary leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills
  • Experience in financial management, fundraising, and budgeting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
  • Experience in building partnerships and stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
