Position Overview

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing) who can bring creative concepts to life across digital platforms — from LinkedIn and Google Ads to email banners, website visuals, and landing pages. You'll collaborate closely with our Growth, Content, and Brand teams to design high-impact assets that communicate the 1GLOBAL story with clarity, precision, and a modern visual identity.

This role offers a chance to sharpen your creative skills within a fast-moving, international marketing team and actively shape how our brand appears across global campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing assets — create static and animated banners, display ads, and social media creatives for campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic networks.
• Support performance campaigns by adapting visuals across multiple formats and optimizing for engagement and conversion.
• Design website and landing page components including hero visuals, CTAs, icons, and infographics aligned with our global brand system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Brand, and Product teams to translate briefs into visually compelling concepts.
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints — typography, color palette, imagery, and tone.
• Incorporate campaign insights (CTR, CPC, CVR, etc.) to continuously refine creative assets based on performance data.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions — exploring new directions in storytelling, motion, and digital experience design.

Must Have

• 2–3 years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Figma for creating responsive, high-quality designs.
• Strong understanding of digital ad formats and creative best practices.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively within brand guidelines.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing principles — visual hierarchy, CTA design, A/B testing, and user attention.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics, HTML5 display banners, or Canva for marketing teams.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design for web and mobile experiences.
• Interest in technology, telecom, or global B2B/B2C marketing.
