Estamos a recrutar Estagiário Business Developer (Estágio IEFP)

A CasaVirtuoso trabalha lado a lado com investidores, consultores e empresas do setor imobiliário para transformar projetos em resultados reais. Somos uma equipa pequena e dinâmica, onde cada pessoa conta e tem impacto direto no que entregamos. Procuramos alguém com vontade de aprender e de evoluir, que consiga adaptar-se a diferentes tarefas, tenha iniciativa e goste de trabalhar perto da direção e das equipas de entrega de projetos.

Este estágio é pensado como uma função 360, que combina gestão de clientes, apoio à operação e desenvolvimento comercial.

O que irás fazer na prática

Acompanhar o ciclo completo de clientes, desde o primeiro contacto até à entrega final de cada projeto

Organizar e monitorizar tarefas internas, prazos e alinhamentos entre equipas

Apoiar a criação de propostas comerciais e apresentações para clientes

Procurar novas oportunidades de negócio e fazer prospeção através de CRM, email e contactos diretos

Participar em reuniões, briefings e formações internas sobre mercado imobiliário e gestão de projetos

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de trabalho e da comunicação interna
