We are seeking German-speaking professionals with strong English skills to join a dynamic Search Engine Technical Customer Service team based on-site in Lisbon. You will play an important part in improving the quality, accuracy, and usability of online search functions that millions rely on daily.

In this position, you will support users by identifying technical issues, resolving search-related problems, escalating advanced cases, and helping customers navigate features effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams, follow structured workflows, and maintain high service standards. This role requires patience, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Your schedule follows rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday, supporting users in real time. You will work in a multicultural, international office environment where continuous learning, skill development, and teamwork are highly encouraged.

GERMAN JOB DESCRIPTION 

Wir suchen deutschsprachige Talente mit guten Englischkenntnissen, die ein modernes Team für technischen Kundenservice im Bereich Suchmaschinen in Lissabon verstärken möchten. Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Personen, die gerne analytisch denken, Probleme lösen und Nutzern bei ihren technischen Fragen weiterhelfen. Sie unterstützen Anwender dabei, Suchfunktionen korrekt zu nutzen, Schwierigkeiten zu beheben und ein optimales Nutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehört es, technische Anfragen zu prüfen, Probleme zu identifizieren, klare Lösungen zu kommunizieren und komplexere Fälle an spezialisierte Teams weiterzuleiten. Sie arbeiten nach strukturierten Prozessen, halten Serviceanforderungen ein und tragen aktiv zur Verbesserung digitaler Funktionen bei. Kommunikationsstärke, Geduld und Präzision sind für diese Rolle besonders wichtig.

Die Arbeitszeiten erfolgen in rotierenden Schichten von Montag bis Sonntag. Sie werden in einem internationalen, multikulturellen Arbeitsumfeld tätig sein, in dem Teamarbeit, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Schulungen eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
