Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a
Junior DevOps Engineer
with a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on skills with
Azure DevOps
and solid knowledge of
.NET
build and deployment processes. Proficiency in
SQL Server
and experience with
infrastructure as code (IaC)
tools are also essential for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development processes and enhance system deployments. Your core duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Implementing automated build and deployment processes.
  • Managing SQL Server queries and deployments.
  • Utilizing IaC tools for infrastructure management.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Supporting containerization efforts using Docker.
  • Applying Git version control practices effectively.

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and environments).
  • Solid understanding of .NET build and deployment processes, including integration with SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (querying, deployment, and maintenance).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep).
  • Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
