Senior Integration Delivery Lead

Part of Vodafone's Interface Integration Delivery team (Corporate IT Platforms), this position leads the entire integration lifecycle — analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment — ensuring compliance with templates (D03, D09, D151) and standardized methodologies.

• Support integration planning and execution activities during Merger and Acquisition (M&A) events;
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of interface integration activities;
• Drive execution of comms matrix alignment, firewall/DNS routing, and connectivity setup;
• Validate and govern interface design patterns;
• Mentor junior team members;
• Support creation and review of integration designs and workshops;
• Guide replatforming assessments and proactive monitoring strategies;
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing with stakeholders;
• Apply SAP BTP best practices and governance patterns;
• Update the project team with weekly reports to identify progress activities, risks and issues;
• Ability to take on multiple assignments;
• Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables;
• Monitor the project schedule to meet the deadlines;
• Ability to manage in dynamic, multi-cultural, high-uncertainty environments;
• Self-starter, with the ability to show initiative and work with minimal supervision;
• Proactive, able to identify and discuss improvements to current processes.

• Degree or equivalent in a Computer Science or a Scientific/Technical discipline;
• 10 years in relevant IT industry experience in a technical role;
• Two years' experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment involving planning, architecture or implementation, and testing of interfaces;
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Integration Suite, BTP, GCP;
• Ability to meet programme travel commitments which are anticipated to be up to two weeks a month for certain periods of the programme;
• Experience working with multiple project teams (business, IT application and infrastructure teams);
• Proficiency with SAP BTP, Event Mesh, PI/PO, CPI, API management;
• Knowledge of specific tools: Redwood, SAP PI, HP Quality Center/ ALM, MS Project, Solution Manager;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
