Are you the ultimate connector in Lisbon? Do you thrive in high-energy environments and love the thrill of building relationships? We're looking for a dynamic Web Summit Sales Ambassador, based in Lisbon, to represent Astro AI at the world's premier tech event.

Your mission:
Drive 1,000+ signups in 4 days. This is your chance to be the face and voice of a cutting-edge AI product, connecting with tech enthusiasts from around the globe.

We empower people to stay on top of their goals, gain insights, and seize opportunities. We're on a mission to revolutionize how people interact with AI—and we need you to help bring Astro to the world at Web Summit.

The Role:

As our Lisbon-based Sales Ambassador, you'll be on the ground at Web Summit, engaging directly with attendees, demoing Astro AI, and closing those signups. You'll craft and execute a strategy to hit our ambitious target. You'll bring the energy, the hustle, and the passion for both tech and human connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 1,000 product signups during the 4-day event

  • Engage attendees, demo the product, and convert interest into action

  • Collaborate with our remote team on strategy and real-time adjustments

  • Represent Astro AI's vision, values, and voice on the ground

Qualifications:

  • Based in Lisbon, with deep knowledge of the local landscape

  • Proven experience in sales, event marketing, or customer acquisition, ideally in tech

  • High-energy, with a passion for talking to people and thriving in fast-paced environments

  • Enthusiasm for AI and tech innovation—willingness to dive into our product and share it confidently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting targets

  • Have a laptop and a smartphone (Mac preferred)

  • Bonus: Experience at large tech events or conferences
