What You Will Do:
- Front-Line Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing detailed information about product features, warranties, and order status via phone, email, and chat.
- Service Excellence: Handle all interactions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution (FCR) and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring customer issues and contribute valuable feedback to internal teams (e.g., product development, logistics) to drive continuous service and product improvements.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and technical steps taken within the CRM system, ensuring detailed records for future reference and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and procedural changes.
We Are Looking For:
- Language Mastery: Near-native or Native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) is mandatory. Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1) is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help people, paired with excellent interpersonal skills and a patient, solution-oriented approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and troubleshooting basic issues related to consumer technology, software, and hardware (e.g., pairing devices, setting up applications).
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal and willing to relocate to Lisbon (if currently residing abroad).
Working Conditions:
- Location: On-Site in our modern, dynamic office in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, covering operational hours from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
- Days: Monday to Saturday, including occasional bank holidays (paid accordingly).
- Time Off: You will receive a reliable day off every Sunday, plus one additional rotational day off during the week.
- Start Date: December 2025.

Wat U Gaat Doen:
- Eerstelijns Oplossing: U fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandstalige klanten, beantwoordt vragen, lost technische problemen op en verstrekt gedetailleerde informatie over productkenmerken, garanties en de status van bestellingen via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
- Uitmuntende Service: Behandel alle interacties met empathie, professionaliteit en efficiëntie, met als doel om problemen direct op te lossen (First Call Resolution - FCR) en hoge klanttevredenheidsscores (CSAT) te behouden.
- Procesverbetering: Identificeer terugkerende klantproblemen en lever waardevolle feedback aan interne teams (bijvoorbeeld productontwikkeling, logistiek) om continue verbetering van service en producten te stimuleren.
- Documentatie: Documenteer nauwkeurig alle klantinteracties en ondernomen technische stappen binnen het CRM-systeem om gedetailleerde archieven te garanderen voor toekomstig gebruik en naleving.
- Teamwerk: Neem deel aan regelmatige teambijeenkomsten en trainingen om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe productlanceringen en procedurele wijzigingen.
Wij Zoeken:
- Taalbeheersing: Vlakbij native of native spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands (C1/C2) is verplicht. Professionele werkvaardigheid in het Engels (B2/C1) is vereist voor interne communicatie en documentatie.
- Klantgerichtheid: Een oprechte wens om mensen te helpen, in combinatie met uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en een geduldige, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
- Technisch Inzicht: Gemakkelijk in staat om basisproblemen met betrekking tot consumententechnologie, software en hardware op te lossen (bijvoorbeeld het koppelen van apparaten, het instellen van applicaties).
- Aanpassingsvermogen: Aangetoond vermogen om te gedijen in een snelle omgeving met een hoog volume aan contacten.
- Werkvergunning: Moet wettelijk gemachtigd zijn om in Portugal te werken en bereid zijn om naar Lissabon te verhuizen (indien u momenteel in het buitenland woont).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
- Locatie: On-Site op ons moderne, dynamische kantoor in Lissabon, Portugal.
- Rooster: Voltijds, 40 uur per week, met operationele uren van 08:00 AM tot 06:00 PM (Portugese Tijd).
- Werkdagen: Maandag tot en met zaterdag, inclusief incidentele feestdagen (dienovereenkomstig betaald).
- Vrije Tijd: U heeft elke zondag vrij, plus één extra, roulerende vrije dag gedurende de week.
