What You'll Do

  • Lead global talent attraction strategies to scale hiring in tech/software across diverse markets.
  • Inspire, coach, and energize a team to deliver results with speed and quality.
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring priorities with strategic business goals.
  • Experiment with AI-driven recruitment tools and innovative approaches to stay ahead in a competitive talent market.
  • Champion Critical's mission of building better and safer, ensuring every hire connects to our purpose.
  • Bring humor, humanity, and boldness to the art of recruitment—because talent attraction should be inspiring, not transactional.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment in tech/software companies.
  • Track record of delivering against challenging timelines and complex technical profiles.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on agility — you can zoom out and dive in.
  • Strong leadership skills: you inspire teams, call them to action, and celebrate wins.
  • Curiosity for AI and digital tools — you're eager to explore, test, and adopt what makes us sharper.
