Erasmus Internship

OODA is seeking ambitious and talented students to join our team through an
Erasmus Internship in Architecture and Communications
. This internship programme offers two distinct opportunities:

Architecture

Architecture interns will develop technical and conceptual skills under the mentorship of our architects, contributing to projects of varying scales and typologies within an internationally recognised practice.

Communications

Communications interns will develop skills in architectural communication under the mentorship of the Head of departament, within a studio experiencing strong international growth. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, design, media, and storytelling, supporting the promotion and positioning of OODA's work across multiple platforms.

We are looking for motivated candidates with a strong interest in contemporary architecture, visual culture, and communication, who are eager to grow in a demanding, collaborative, and international environment.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree eligible for an Erasmus Internship programme
• Able to commute to our Porto office for the full duration of the internship
• Proactive, curious and resilient, with a strong interest in architecture and design culture
• Collaborative, communicative and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Applicants must be eligible to undertake an Erasmus Internship (including required documentation)
• Applicants must have the legal student visa

Skills Required - Architecture

We are looking for candidates with a strong command of analytical tools and both 2D and 3D design software. You should demonstrate proficiency in:

• Rhinoceros
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Revit skills is desirable, but not essential

Skills Required -
Communications

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills across print, digital, and social media platforms, and the ability to support press strategies. You should demonstrate proficiency in:

• Excellent writing in English
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Microsoft Office
• Background in architecture or design communication is desirable, but not essential
