Note - this role is open to candidates based in Europe and requires excellent English and Spanish.

The Role:
  The Operations & Product Lead (Master Coach) at TRIB3 will oversee the product delivery across the network, leading coach training, supporting studio openings and operational performance, while acting as the primary contact for franchise partners. This role will also be responsible for programming and music curation, ensuring the experience is up-to-date, consistent and engaging.

  • Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication between franchise partners and HQ.

  • Deliver training academies to both new and existing coaches, ensuring all coaches meet the standards required to deliver The TRIB3 Workout.

  • Conduct regular studio visits and audits to assess brand compliance and implement corrective actions where needed to achieve operational excellence.

  • Monitor studio commercial performance through KPIs, providing guidance and training to help franchise partners achieve their commercial targets.

  • Support the development of training content, including video materials and updated learning resources.

  • Produce class programming and music curation to ensure the product remains fresh on-brand and engaging.

  • Represent TRIB3 as a brand ambassador both in person and online, supporting content creation and building your following as a TRIB3 Master Coach.

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience in managing product as a supervisor or Lead Coach, with demonstrable ability to write effective yet inclusive workout programs.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-management skills.
  • Skilled in communicating with stakeholders and supervising studio performance against KPIs.
  • Organised and structured with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish
    ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the network.
  • 5+ years of management and leadership experience; demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.
