About The Job

• Supporting all the Compensation and Benefits activities within the organization in accordance to Local and Group regulations and guidelines ensuring fair and market aligned practices

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure HR Systems are up to date and ensure their Data quality, critical for Compensation management and Compensation related replying to Group or IG requests
• Contribute to the successful deployment of the annual Compensation Review Process by performing daily tasks such as system data cleaning, reporting, analysis and overall replying to Group requests
• Support the team menbers on the daily tasks and Projects
• Support the Benefit + daily tasks

Profile And Skills To Success

• Academic Background in Finance, Management or Economics
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Organizational skills
• Good communication skills - oral & written
• Ability to collaborate/teamwork
