For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 


At least 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer with Java & Spring BootStrong experience with AWS or GCPExperience with stakeholder communicationKnowledge about Project management (risk assessment, dependencies, planning)Experience with people management Familiarity with Agile deliveries (nice to have)Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)Available for a Hybrid work model once per week in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga
