O Content Manager é a voz ativa das marcas no digital. É responsável pela gestão diária dos canais sociais, pela coerência das publicações e pela qualidade da interação com as comunidades, garantindo que a marca comunica de forma relevante, empática e alinhada com a estratégia definida. Responsável por assegurar a relevância diária da marca, mantendo uma ligação viva com as comunidades e garantindo que a estratégia se transforma em comunicação real, contextual e significativa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão dos canais sociais:
    executar calendários editoriais, assegurar consistência de tom e imagem e adaptar conteúdos às especificidades de cada plataforma.
  • Interação e comunidade:
    monitorizar mensagens e menções, responder de forma empática, dinamizar as comunidades e apoiar a gestão de potenciais crises digitais.
  • Estratégia por plataforma:
    definir o papel de cada canal no ecossistema da marca e ajustar formatos, ritmos e oportunidades de real-time.
  • Análise e otimização:
    acompanhar métricas de performance, sinalizar aprendizados, colaborar com media/analytics e produzir relatórios com insights qualitativos.
  • AI-first:
    incorporar o uso estratégico de ferramentas de IA para pesquisa, otimização de conteúdo, análise de insights e aceleração de processos

Requirements

  • +5 anos de experiência em gestão de canais digitais ou community management.
  • Excelente domínio das plataformas sociais e das suas linguagens.
  • Escrita impecável e capacidade de adaptação a diferentes tons e contextos.
  • Sensibilidade cultural, empatia comunicacional e foco na execução diária.
  • Capacidade de gerir situações de crise digital com calma e discernimento.
  • Organização e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Experiência em agências criativas ou digitais.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão e monitorização (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Later, etc.).
  • Familiaridade com social listening e analytics.
  • Interesse por cultura digital, memes, creators e comunidades emergentes.
