Turkish-Speaking Operations Customer Expert Creator Support (Lisbon, Portugal, On-Site)
Introduction
We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Expert to join an international digital-media project in Lisbon. You will support content creators, influencers and advertisers across social platforms by providing guidance, troubleshooting and high-quality customer care. If youre passionate about social media, tech and helping users succeed, this role is an excellent opportunity.

What The Job Is About
In this role you will:

  • Support creators with account management, monetisation tools, subscriptions and platform features.
  • Provide clear troubleshooting assistance across social-media and advertising platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Make occasional outbound calls to clarify instructions or ensure successful resolution of issues.
  • Track recurring problems, identify trends and escalate technical issues to specialised internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and work effectively within a multilingual, on-site support team.

Requirements
Were looking for someone who:

  • Speaks Turkish fluently (C1+) and has strong English for international communication.
  • Has a genuine interest in social media, digital platforms, online advertising or creator tools.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to frequent updates or changes.
  • Can work on-site in Lisbon as part of a collaborative team.
